Organizations use software to manage work order systems and power field workers in a seamless environment. Many organizations have separate systems for work orders, billing, and GIS. There is often a necessity to view work orders from these disparate systems as a single pane of glass in order to have a common operating picture and provide work dispatchers with the proper context for scheduling work. This talk will focus on integrating work orders from a third-party system with ArcGIS Workforce using the ArcGIS Python API and Python Notebooks in an automated fashion.
